Comin' at you from Otakon in Baltimore's inner harbor!
Jessy and Shannon as June and Marcy from Katamari Damacy!
Wow. Our costumes were a smash hit. I think my picture was taken more in three hours than it has been in my entire life. Amazing! We only came back to the hotel because our shoes *suck* so badly. We'll be back out tomorrow but there will be birkenstocks hidden in our heads. I also want to get more pictures of us together. This is about the coolest thing I think I've ever done in my entire life. I had so much fun this morning! I'd have loved to stay out all day save for the shoe situation. Definitely be around longer tomorrow I think.
I love Otakon. Where else can you spend the morning wandering around with a huge pill on your head, go back to a hotel room that costs as much as a plane ticket to san francisco to eat pasta salad with chopsticks, and then go right back out again as a "normal" person? God this is so fun! Cosplay is addictive.

Hello! I was searching you from all over the internet. I saw your beautiful June cosplay and wanted to ask about how you made it. Well I can figure out how the dress is made, but would really like to know what materials were used for the head. I am somewhat clueless observing the photo. I see you used some transparent fabric(?) for the "face" part. Did you just do some hole for the head or does it work in some other system? I hope I am not bothering too much.
Please let me know I am very curious. Here I leave you my email: saniika@centrum.sk Thank you very very much for your time.
Hello, I am very glad I found you finally! I was searching for some contact since I saw your cosplay of June. You did amazing job on this! I really like it! May I ask some questions? I can tell how the dress part is made, but have some difficulties with the head part. All I can tell the face is made out of sea through fabric and it has apparently hole for the head. But what kind of materials did you use for the "roll-head?"
Many many thanks for taking your time. Here is my email saniika@centrum.sk
Have a nice day~
